What is an injury screen?

A physical therapist takes you through tests for strength, flexibility, and functionality to identify risks for injury. These tests are tailored to the demands of your specific sport or activity: for example, the demands on a runner’s body are much different than the demands on a climber’s body.

What is an injury prevention program?

Once we analyze through tests, we create an individualized conditioning program for you to addresses areas of concern.

The key to success for injury prevention is your dedication. After a few weeks, we’ll check in to re-test, modify as needed, and progress to the next level when appropriate.

From here, it’s up to you. Some like checking again in to stay accountable and level-up exercise difficulty, while others prefer to keep going independently. Whatever path you choose, we are always here to support you!
