Pregnancy is an exciting time but can also be stressful and confusing.
Wading through the little formal guidance (and abundant informal guidance) out there on the best exercise practices can be overwheming; even just hearing “keep doing what you’re doing” or "keep the exercise moderate” is too general and often unhelpful.
The good news: working with a physical therapist can help you
figure out how much and what intensity exercise is appropriate for you
get specific exercises to help prevent injury or treat existing aches and pains
prepare you for your postpartum journey
